I just want to start by saying how amazing the staff/office people are! All of them are just so kind, caring, patient and very helpful. I also absolutely love the area as well. The neighbors are so sweet, the day we moved in people were waving and welcoming us to the neighborhood. It's so quiet and I feel very safe here to raise a family. My wife and I are new to Dayton and luckily found this apartment complex. We came from a very bad area, east side of Columbus, and we were blown away with how safe and how clean and just how nice the Dayton people/ community is. We had an issue with the power company and the apartment management were beyond helpful and very understanding with the whole situation. Without their help we would've been in a bad way, but thank God we found this community!

"The men who fixed my refrigerator came the day afterward I posted a maintenance request. Leaving a note to me it read “ make certain the door closes all the way”. I left a note that I noticed the door did not close each time so I’m paying attention now and thanks.” On the same note they wrote a note that they wood return the next day to replace the fan . They did. I left a note that “you men are great” they wrote back on the note “ do we get a five star rating” so here it is BRAVO

I’ve been here for almost three years and absolutely love Woodman Park. The office staff have always been so helpful with any and every concern. Maintenance doesn’t wait to come and help when you need it. The pool is super refreshing in the summer! I have a one bedroom and it’s so spacious, especially for the price point. Unfortunately, I have to move back to Maryland but the staff has been incredible in answering any questions and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
